This policy explains what personal data FXPARTNER ("we") collects via fxpartner.global, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It applies to every form on this site: account login, broker reviews, complaint form, and cashback program.

- Account login: full name, phone number, email address and — optionally — which broker you trade with.
- Broker reviews: your review text, optional 1-5 rating, and — if specified — your country (displayed publicly next to your review).
- Complaint form: full name, phone, email, relevant broker, and description of your issue.
- Rebate program: ad soyad, e-posta, işlem hesap numarası ve tanıtım e-postalarına izin verip vermediğiniz.
- Automatically: cookies listed individually below. We do not use third-party tracking cookies belonging to ad networks.
Cookies we use
This is all of the cookies we use. Without the first three, the site cannot function, so we do not ask for consent for them. The last two are optional and are written only if you select "Accept all" in the cookie banner; if you select "Necessary only", they are not written, and if previously set, they are deleted.

| fxp_attr | 2 years | Optional. Tracks which channel you came to the site from for the first time: source, campaign name, and the path of the page you entered. Query information in the address bar is intentionally not saved. |
We record your response: the response itself, which cookie list it was given for, date and time, language and country information, and your browser's user agent string. We keep this to be able to prove the option we showed you and the response you gave. We do not store your IP address, and this record does not contain information that identifies you.
It is always possible to change your mind. The button below reopens the cookie banner; until you make a new selection, optional cookies will not be written, and previously written ones will be deleted.

- To create and maintain your account, and keep you logged in.
- To review and follow up on the complaints you submit about a broker.
- To verify and track earnings rebates based on your linked trading account.
- To send you an invite to the FXPARTNER VIP Telegram group.
- To send you promotional or campaign emails — only if you explicitly consented in the rebate form. We will never add you to a marketing list without that checkbox being checked.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. A small number of service providers process this data on our behalf to enable the site to function:
- Neon (Postgres) — stores your account and submission data.
- Resend — delivers login links and notification emails.
- Vercel — hosts the website and the application.
- Telegram — if you request a VIP group invitation, we call Telegram's API to generate it.
- Relevant broker — if you submit a complaint or cashback record, we share the information you provided with the relevant broker so they can review and process it.
How long we retain it
We retain account, complaint, and cashback records as long as your account is active or as necessary to resolve an open complaint or cashback request. You can request deletion at any time — see the "Your Rights" section below.
Your rights
You can request that we access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw marketing permission at any time info@fxpartner.global you can withdraw by sending an email to . We will respond within a reasonable time.
