Frequently asked questions
- Is this a real app?
- Once installed, it sits on your home screen with its own icon, opens full screen without a browser bar, and can send notifications. Technically, it is a web app (PWA), so it is not listed on the App Store or Play Store.
- Is it paid to install?
- No. Installation is free and does not require membership. A free membership is sufficient to follow Forex signals; GOLD, index, crypto, and energy signals depend on packages.
- How much space does it take up on my phone?
- Since a separate application package is not downloaded, it takes up very little space compared to an app installed from the store; what it stores is the cache that the browser already holds.
- Do I need to update?
- No. Every time you open the app, the current version of the site opens; there is no pending update or version difference.
- I'm not getting notifications on iPhone, why?
- On iOS, notifications only work after the app is added to the home screen — they never work from a Safari tab. After adding it, open the app from the home screen and grant notification permission there.
